Shipping

In stock items will be shipped within 7 business days via UPS Ground or Priority Mail (depending on weight.  Normal delivery time via UPS is 7-10 days; Priority Mail 3-4 days.  If an item is temporarily out of stock I will notify you of shipping delays of more than 7 days by email.

Shipping for patterns is $1.00 but I discount if you purchase multiple patterns. 

Please contact me for the best rate if you are only ordering patters.

 

Insurance is extra for items shipped via the US Post Office.  It is highly recommended since I cannot be responsible once items leave my possession.  Their rates, as of August 22, 2010 are:

Return Policy

I believe you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but if you should need to return it please follow these instructions.  You may return any item (except custom embroidery & commissioned pieces) within 14 days.  Before making the return you must email me to receive a Return Authorization Number at returns@bluemooninternational.com.

Please return the item via UPS, Priority Mail or  First Class Mail (Insured).  Enclose a copy of your original packing slip.  Your Return Authorization Number must appear on the box under your return address.  For your protection please insure the item for its full value and retain your shipping verification.  I will credit your charge card or issue a refund upon receipt of the merchandise and verification of its condition.  I do not pay return shipping charges.
